About David Dill

David is an multipreneur, investor, advisor and consultant involved in an array of projects ranging from real estate and business to restaurants and hospitality. With over 30 years of experience in strategic business optimization, David knows how to maximize growth and profit. David has personally invested over $100 million the last 30 years in hotel and hospitality, commercial buildings, apartment complexes, single family acquisition, shopping center and land development. David is skilled at recognizing opportunity, assessing risk, and creating business value in startups, acquisitions, and mergers. As an adroit negotiator and leader, David has structured and finalized purchase transactions in both the real estate and business sectors. In 2021, after 25 years as the Founder and CEO, David sold his national company, Real Estate Appraisal Solutions, to a private equity group, Gridiron Capital. In 2015, David launched Bacon Social House in the Denver metro market, and within 3 years it was named one of the Top 100 Best Brunches in America and Best Breakfast in Denver. In 2020, David along with Sheamus Feeley, created Food is Family Hospitality, to provide detailed operational expertise both pre and post opening to other restaurant concepts. Food is Family's is focused on long term management contracts, consulting and licensing it's own concepts and brokering other great concepts to clients who need great brands to partner with them.
