I am commercially focused Finance leader with broad FMCG experience, guiding strategic direction and insight led decision making to deliver great business results My passion is for making a difference through analytical insight (understanding business drivers and identifying opportunities), leading strategic planning, driving business improvements and build capability in the organisation. As part of the Executive Leadership team I am able to take a broad business remit and with my extensive experience across Finance, Commercial (Sales and Marketing) and Operations (Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain) it enables me to bring a systems thinking approach to both strategic and tactical decision making. I have driven people development in my own teams and have raised the commercial and financial acumen across the broader business. I have a passion for coaching and in developing others to reach their potential and have become an accredited Human Synergistics practitioner and Strategic Business Partnering trainer to coach others in building their capability. My experience has been built with two global FMCG organisations (United Biscuits and Associated British Foods) which has enabled me to work in the UK, Australia and New Zealand
