Currently running Variant Sverige AB, a consultancy agency that is transparent, value-driven, and built by and for people. Variant's mission is to foster trust, transparency, and equality within European companies. Founded in Trondheim in 2018, Variant has expanded to Sweden with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Linköping. The company is committed to creating a positive digital impact through collaboration and a shared passion for learning. Variant emphasizes the importance of working together with clients, not just as experts but as partners, to build knowledge and independence within the client's organization. Previously I led inUse, a design agency dedicated to creating impactful designs through the interplay of design and human behaviour, driving profitability and sustainability.
