Professional Educator who is extremely adept at in-person training and web-based sessions for coaching and learning- Since 2004 intensive training experience interfacing with educators and school administrators at all levels from K to 14 to educate them on holistic use of PLATO Courseware, Study Island, Education City, Northstar Learning, and the eChalk web–based application. Quite often these learners are reluctant, skeptical and have minimal computer skills but all are very competent educators. My clients have the highest renewal rate in the company and my schedule is booked three months in advance. While the majority of my sessions are in person I do conduct WebEx and GoToMeeting sessions for internal and external clients- Highly skilled from both an adult learning theory basis and a practical skill basis in preparing a variety of materials for clients. These materials range from one-page quick guides to standard PowerPoint presentations to animated tutorials both with and without voice over using tools like Captivate, Articulate and Camtasia. Additionally, I use video and still photography to supplement training protocols as needed- Success with diverse, multicultural audiences both large (up to 75 in a class) and as small as 1:1 demonstrate my flexibility as a stand up trainer. Specialties: Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to enhance the client experience. Very quick study on new tools (software and hardware) and can distill the essential information into easy to understand material and presentations.
