Successful Senior Manager with over 25 years of experience in aligning business objectives and opportunities with IT organizations, to deliver value-based, differentiated services. My experience includes managing Engineering and Operation resources and $120 million in budget to deliver World Class Data Architecture, Engineering and Operational Services to over internal employees, and 7 million retail customers. I successfully completed a large and complex Data Network In-sourcing, resulting in $20 million in initial year savings. This involved taking control of all architecture, engineering and operational functions from an outsourced contractual partnership and bringing them in-house. Responsible for creating 3 distinct functional teams as part of the In-sourcing initiative. I was responsible for Telecommunications and Network design in support of a new $120M Data Center. Activities include contract negotiations for the High Speed, highly redundant private and public access. Responsible for driving new Data Center technologies to support of Server Consolidation, Virtualization and Private/Public Cloud Computing.
