Background

About David Dodd

I build operating systems for people doing meaningful, complex work. I’m most alive in the space where things are still being figured out—where clarity hasn’t fully landed yet and someone needs to translate vision into something teams can actually live inside. I design workflows, processes, and tools that help organizations scale without losing their humanity. My background is in operational leadership, but my orientation is deeply relational: I pay attention to how systems shape behavior, how change lands in real people, and how structure can either support or erode trust.I’m drawn to work that values: • Thoughtful execution over noise • Builders over titles • Integrity over opticsI believe good operations don’t just move work forward—they create space for people to do their best work.
