About David Domingo

I am an international innovation ecosystem builder with over 20 years of experience in technology, digital communities, and open innovation. Passionate about deep technology and startups, I'm specialized in launching new projects from scratch, building strategic partnerships, and supporting early-stage companies at the intersection of innovation, technology, and impact. Currently I'm the Strategy & Partnerships Lead at Openchip working in the corporate strategy team to build innovative full-stack computing solutions -integrating hardware, software and systems- for AI and HPC for European digital sovereignty. On the other hand, I'm the founder and leader of the non-profit side-project Horizon10, a community of deep-tech enthusiasts dedicated to driving technology transfer and shaping strategies that position science-based innovation at the core of public policy, entrepreneurship, investment, and industry initiatives. In my previous position, I managed the international ecosystem relationships, business development, and strategic projects at The Collider/Mobile World Capital, a tech transfer venture builder that bridges the gap between science and market, creating disruptive technology-based startups in the fields of health, energy, cleantech, and manufacturing. Before I was part of the founding core team managing knowledge and programme of the 4YFN startup events around the world. And even before, three times entrepreneur and two times startup first employee in the digital environment.
