As Project Manager, I have been responsible for multi-disciplinary project teams to perform design, procurement, construction, start-up and qualification of process equipment, process systems and clean utilities for complete biopharmaceutical plants, including civil works and clean room finishing, for several major companies within the pharmaceutical and Biotech industry in Belgium and abroad. Important values, I always pursued during my career as Project Manager are-Delivery of a successful project following the safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements imposed by my customers-To be the People manager with human respect for each member of my multi-disciplinary team: Ensure that everybody performs his/her task properly by sending and coordinating the right people at the right time-To be the right key person/liaison between team, external partners and customers- Define the most adequate strategies for the design, the purchasing, the construction and the qualification My character can be described as a communicative, self-critical, pragmatist, “out-of-the-box” thinker. During all my projects, I was considered as very result driven person with a focus on hard deliverables but always keeping an eye on the human factor. Before being a Project Manager, I developed an extensive experience of process systems, process utilities, water production and process equipment during several projects within the pharmaceutical industry as a Process engineer.
