I have been in the insurance industry for 30 years following a short career as an environmental engineer and a manager in the paper industry. I made the transition into the insurance industry because of the opportunity to provide a valuable service product through long-term, close client relationships in a small business setting. Having previously felt stifled in my earlier corporate positions, I now enjoy the flexibility and challenge of moving quickly to improve things in small organizations. The most enjoyable part of this experience is in working closely with nice people and proven professionals in our agency. Currently with AssuredPartners, and formerly as the owner of Baldwin / Welsh & Parker, I work with a team of seasoned, professional agents to help identify and minimize exposure to risk with emphasis on quality coverage, competitive premiums, and overall simplification of insurance matters. We are a multi-line agency offering competitive commercial and personal coverage through top-rated insurance companies.
