About David Dowler

City, Coast & Country! With Spinifex I spend my time between Newcastle, Sydney, and regional offices sourcing for mid to senior level technical, people, and business leadership roles. I have deep interest in agribusiness, production, and our local manufacturing sectors. In that very same firm we had many clients who were asking us how to find accounting, financial, and systems talent, and it was soon after that I co-founded Quality Recruitment Pty Ltd. After just four years, we sold the "QR" business and I decided to spread my wings by travelling and living in the UK. Recruitment was well and truly running through my blood by then and, excluding six years in industrial water engineering as an operations manager (and director), I went on to hone my skills in exec search and client development - helping businesses to secure impressive and highly valuable individuals. I love my work and the opportunities that I continue have to help businesses thrive and to inspire individuals to step-up - particularly in regional NSW, QLD, and VIC. I am grateful to my 23 year-old self and the inspirational people that he chose to be around.
