I believe that my collective experiences teaching students, coaching novice and veteran teachers, collaborating with district personnel, and researching evidence-based instructional practices have shaped my ability to effectively advance high quality professional development for adults (i.e, teachers and leaders)- 12 years of instructor academic experience developing curricula at all levels (K-adult education)- 4 years of instructional design experience - including both synchronous and asynchronous Proven ability in continuous improvement analysis and management of adult learning training programs. Produced training using multiple delivery methods: instructor-led training, self-paced instructional courses, and in-person professional development training events of 80+ participants.
