I design learning experiences incorporating Adult Learning Theories using the ADDIE model. I conduct training needs analysis working with stakeholders and subject matter experts. I manage my time with projects and communicate risks and concerns that may affect the timeline. I ensure objective-content-assessment alignment when creating storyboards/outlines prior to development. I use different learning styles based on learning experience theories. I can create engaging activities to support the transfer of knowledge along with system demo activities. I have experience publishing and assigning training using Learning Management Systems. I conduct train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing support to trainers during delivery. In addition, I welcome trainer feedback. I analyze at least four levels of evaluation using company Key Performance Indicators and Objective Key Results to determine success. I also maintain my curriculum by keeping up with company trends and new initiatives. Finally, I am able to deliver virtual instructor-led training, create asynchronous webinars, and use virtual technology for meetings.
