In my first major administrative role as VP of Quality, over 80% of my direct reports went on to roles of greater responsibility. It was then that I realized my lifelong passion for helping others achieve their potential. For over 30 years I have worked within health care, in roles ranging from clinical anesthesiologist to President of the Medical Staff, to Chief Quality and Chief Medical roles. In each of these roles I delighted in building high performing teams and helping those around me (physicians and other health care leaders) achieve their professional goals. In each department and organization I have served, I worked with teams of talented individuals to create and implement strategic plans that focused on the future and positioned the entity to outperform its competitors to the benefit of our patients. After 3 decades, I decided that it was time for me to found Probitas Healthcare Advisors, LLC and utilize my experience and expertise to coach and advise physicians and health care executives to help them achieve their goals and ensure their success.
