I am proud to direct the Inventory and Procurement for the Nanaimo Mill and manage many of the corporate contracts that impact all our sites. Responsible for all Supply Management for a $100+ million manufacturing business. Areas of Management include: RFP's, RFQ's, purchasing, contract negotiation, supplier agreements and performance monitoring, inventory, warehousing, logistics, shipping & receiving, supervision, policy and procedure creation. Developed and implemented a new inventory program that aligns with our current ERP system. Collaboration with finance and accounting to develop a new GL coding structure to enhance reporting costs to centres. This is a very broad role that provides support so that our great people can keep our manufacturing facilities run efficiently.
