Implemented a Quality Management System in Abbott's global IT organization in alignment with Abbott's overall Quality System framework. Strengthened QMS understanding across IT and partnerships with line of business quality functions with focus on Data Integrity, inspection readiness, supplier risks, and software delivery. Driving simplification of CSV processes, standardizing software quality assurance support and implementing a Quality compliant Agile methodology. Partnering with IT infrastructure services to implement a CSV light for auto-qualification and improved cloud change-control. Re-orienting Quality metrics to focus more on business risk factors to drive actions and continuous improvement with more value-driven outcomes as well as being compliant. Consolidated operational activities for the IT SOX testing program and general IT Controls audit support, reducing operational costs by $2MM and implementing holistic reporting for IT Controls performance and risk management to enable improved oversight of controls risks and drive a culture of addressing systemic deficiencies by ensuring effective controls are built-in to operational processes. In previous roles, developed and implemented Business Architecture methods and practices that enabled significant business automation projects in clinicals and manufacturing to re-engineer processes and introduce IT automation to be delivered with minimal business disruption. Worked with divisional IT leadership team to develop and implement an IT strategy and measures using Balanced Scorecard methods. And finally, many years ago, was part of a team that successfully implemented a single instance SAP solution across a global $3bn business, with specific responsibilities for the standardized design of the sales order management and delivery processes working with business partners from 27+ countries.
