Mám více než dvacet let zkušeností z oblasti IT, řízení projektů a zakázek, obchodu a vztahu se zákazníky. Mými hlavními specializacemi jsou IT infrastruktura, migrace, enterprise architektura, procesy řízení IT a bezpečnost. Vedl jsem řadu projektů zejména v oblasti IT infrastruktury, IT a datových migrací, systémové integrace, bezpečnosti aj, řídil jsem poskytování servisních služeb zejména v oblasti managed services, Infrastructure as a Service, apod. Byl jsem zodpovědný za významné servisní projekty ve velké nadnárodní IT korporaci a velké konzultační firmě, a to jak v komerčním sektoru, tak v oblasti veřejné správy (eGovernmentu). I have more than thirty years of experience in IT, project management, sales, and customer relationship management. My main areas of expertise include IT infrastructure and migrations, enterprise architecture, IT governance, and security. I have led numerous projects primarily focused on IT infrastructure, data migration, system integration, and security. I have managed service delivery, mainly in the areas of managed services and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). I have been responsible for key service projects for a ‘Big 4’ consultancy firm and a ‘Big Blue’ global IT corporation, across both the commercial and public (eGovernment) sectors.
