Prepare and build performance Plan to converge to the Excellent Factory, others bench and the Targets defined in the plant roadmap. Pilot and coordinates the realisation of the master plan of the plant on the Total landed Cost by: Déployement improvement cycle and process MP in factory ( Vision -WTB – Master Plan –Contracts –Budget –execution ) Assure and secure the implementation of product or process modifications in the plant to ensure the objectives of the plant and of the projects Lead industrial projects, vehicle runout projects and investments the plant benefit Instruction industrial DEX (industrial, organisational and economic) to the strategic studies Construction of the Middle Term Plan investments and ressources Manage industrial investments Manage construction and agreement of the industrials contracts Reduction of the depreciation & amplify reuse and internal carry over Animation of the use and valorization surfaces Elaborate a strategy for surface optimisazion (Downsizing –preparation of the future -Flow ) Incentives coordination with Director Initiate the implementation of best practices of central functions and of other plants Animate and prepares the Factory with Director on requirements QCDP for launch new production, capacity evolution or all other industrial projects, controls at each milestone.
