About David e Garcia

With thirty-five years of experience in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry, I have effectively been a self-motivated managerial leader as well as a dedicated and supportive team player. My experiences also include twenty years of pipe design and coordination/supervisory, ten years of Business Development, Project Manager, and Area Manager and five years of Civil/Structural design. As a strong communicator and highly detailed-oriented person, I am able to perform efficiently under pressure to complete projects in a timely manner within, if not under, budget. Being bilingual, safety driven and innovative, I can adapt to any situation that may arise all the while being able to collaborate with all levels of staff effectively and professionally both in written and verbal communications. With willingness to learn and travel, I have a proven ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals while remaining dedicated to my employer and creating an atmosphere of mutual respect for all and keeping focus on the task at hand to be completed with excellence and accountability for clients.
