As a Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Gallagher, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in leading and expanding cross-divisional and enterprise-wide I&D efforts, supporting the business in furthering divisional I&D strategies, and enabling greater cross-divisional I&D best practice sharing and alignment. I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a SHRM-CP certification, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. My mission is to create and execute a globally focused I&D roadmap with identified actions and milestones, plan and manage I&D communications and social media posts, develop diversity data dashboards to analyze talent progress, and launch formal supplier diversity programs. I also use my skills in talent development, strategy, and team building to implement executive/management coaching on I&D leadership capabilities and unconscious/implicit bias training, leading over 30+ sessions. I am passionate about fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging that drives revenue growth, improves employee engagement, and increases actions on I&D with proven results.
