Belief that it is better to delay and get it right than act in haste. • Experience of doing business in a wide range of countries and cultures including: UK, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Australia. Specialties Private equity investments, company turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, company floatations, and fundraising across the Bioenergy market (AD and Biomass), Healthcare sectors, Leisure (restaurants sector) & manufacturing. Held positions of CEO and FD. Currently represents Private Equity on several boards as non exec Director, non / exec Chairman, and Executive Director roles.
