Passionate leader in the transformation of large enterprises to digital businesses with a flair for Digital Finance and Core Digital Architecture. Heading up Deloitte’s business in SAP-enabled digital transformation Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, I have the pleasure of working with the largest Nordic companies on imagining and delivering their digital transformation journeys as well as running their digital operations in the SAP space. I ensure that the best of Deloitte’s global capabilities across strategy, digital, consulting, tax and risk are brought to our customers to help them become Kinetic Enterprises, made to evolve in the digital age. With a background as an Irish Chartered Accountant, my core expertise lies in financial processes and optimal finance organisation structures as well as in financial controls, business systems risk management and audit. Since 1997, as a Management and Technology Consultant I have played key roles on large-scale and global transformation projects, including Steering Committee member, Programme Manager, Business and IT architect and Design Authority. I have also driven many Digital Finance strategies, financial process re-engineering initiatives and financial systems selection. Most notably, I have been responsible for- Design Authority Lead across processes, organisation and technology on a finance transformation project for a global retailer including implementation of a new digital finance model and SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud & SAP Cloud Platform - Delivery Responsible on multiple large HR transformation projects including end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations - Engagement Lead for multiple Digital Roadmap projects including evaluation of business cases, implementation strategy and digital core software and cloud platform evaluation - Programme Manager for SAP-enabled Finance & /or HR Transformation Programmes at regional or global major retailers & consumer goods companies, Financial Services giants and Transportation companies - Multiple Subject Matter Expert roles on projects covering finance organisation and model design
