Navigating the ever-changing commercial real estate market can be an overwhelming and frustrating challenge. My approach is deeply client-centric: I work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, then I leverage my extensive market research, transaction expertise, and polished negotiating skills to find property solutions tailored to each client. Having previously represented institutional landlords, I understand both sides of the process and I make sure that my clients get the best deal possible. I have also worked with banks and financial institutions to optimize real estate portfolios and investments.
