Employed 48 full time IT programmers and systems analysts by 2007. 1996 - 2019 Migrated Vanguard Systems, Inc, from a consulting firm to a Software Development company specializing in Document Imaging, Knowledge Management, and Digital Transformation using in-house applications including: Document Management / Content Management (Vanguard ECM) Forms processing (Elite Forms) Workflow / Workflow Builder (BPM Workflow) Document Identity Protection - remove PII from both scanned and digital documents before or after archiving (ID Protect) Electronic Signatures / Electronic Forms with data capture (eSign) Mobile Forms (eMobile)- Form Builder and Forms processing using iOS or Android Devices Managed the creation of Digital Transformation Applications created using Vanguard Applications including: Accounts Payable Automation Accounts Receivable / Credit and Collections Automation Employee Onboarding Freight Management Sales Quote Tracking Expense Reporting These Digital Transformation Applications were saleable products that could be customized for each customers specific needs. This customization could be done by the Customer's IT staff (with training). Many Custom Applications were created for Customers by Vanguard consulting services using the Vanguard workflow builder combined with Elite Forms, eSign, and eMobile.
