About David Ermini

Hello, thank you very much for taking a moment to know a little more about me. I am passionate about what has to do with new learning and the implementation of that knowledge to add value. My interest in better understanding human behaviors and ways of thinking motivated me to study psychology. On the other hand, technology and business have always aroused my curiosity, which is why I am currently pursuing a Master in Business and Technology at the University of San Andrés. I am currently working as a project leader in change management, accompanying health professionals from 14 health centers in the city of Buenos Aires, in the process of adopting a computer system to carry out their work activities. Some of the issues I deal with on a daily basis are-I foster conversations between the different stakeholders, regardless of whether they are senior, middle or operational management-I work closely with systems and communication teams to align processes and skills with the transformation vision-I drive waterfall projects tracking through Gantts-I also use tools such as Trello to manage agile projects.
