About David Esteves
I completed my Ph.D. in Advanced Materials and Processes in 2025 at FEUP in partnership with CeNTI, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA). I started working at CeNTI in March 2018 as a researcher in the field of smart materials and I have been working as team leader of the batteries and energy generation team since December 2022. I have actively participated in the execution of several national and international R&D projects, with a special focus on the design and manufacture of batteries, sensors, composites and flexible devices.
