About David Fairchild

I have 3 years of insurance experience, 3 years sales experience, 7 years of account managing experience, 12 years of customer service, and 30 years of learning experience. I often ask a lot of questions, but don't worry! This is not due to an inability to understand, but rather a thirst to know it all! I love learning new things which means that when I venture into a new industry I need to know everything about how each facet of the system connects. This is a trait that I inherited from my grandfather. He showed me that you have to look at a project (all things were projects to him) with open eyes and try to find all the moving pieces. We would joke that if you asked him the time that he'd build you a clock! This has resulted in me being hyper-observant to my coworkers, customers, and leaders to make sure that all the pieces are moving smoothly. I've worked in varying industries so the project is always different but the means are always the same - learn all you can about everything in your job and you'll know the best way to get it done.
