As a Salesman in Telecommunication industry, i have 3 major expertize. 1st - Account Manager for Corporate Sales. Provide Companies which need telecommunication solution for their business. It require Presentation, consultative and negotiation skill. Approach, present and making solution for clients so than they can make communication efficiently and effectively. It also consider maintain and problem solver. The range of product offered are varied, from mobile solution, fixed solution, to Terestrial and Satellite (V-Sat) solution. It also usually mix all solution to convergant products. 2nd - Sales and Distribution, Distributorship, Partnership, and Channel Management. Find, Engage and manage distributors, making effective and efficient partnership. Mapping and Monitor distribution of products to whole seller and retailers. This involve FMCG way of distribution, but strengthened with typically telco Product and Program education to retailers. 3rd - Modern Channel engagement and distribution. Find, maintain partnership with modern channel. In Indonesia, modern channel are represented by mini, giant and hyper mart, which usually franchise their retail business nation wide. It needs different treatment than traditional retailers. And currently im a Deputy General Manager of Trade Marketing in Strategic Channel Development division. I create and develop Trade concept to be implemented nationwide. The target are Retailers. The function involves mutual coordination with several divisions and departments such as IT, Finance, Brand Communication, Procurement and Operation team. The main goal of the concept are to boost revenue, and winning the competition in Market, while maintaining and reppressing the cost ratio.
