EXPERIENCE I have more than fourteen years of public accounting experience. I have primarily specialized in serving smaller to midsize companies and has assisted my clients with incorporation, quarterly and annual tax and financial reporting requirements, and specialty transactions, such as initial public offerings, private offerings, international and domestic acquisitions and various other accounting and reporting issues surrounding other transactions since having joined the firm in 2001. My experience includes public integrated audits, private audits, reviews and compilations, as well as, financial projections, consulting and financial analysis.
