I am a Partner in the Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP. I specialise in all forms of banking litigation and internal investigations for financial services clients. I am part of a cross-disciplinary team of financial services litigation, investigations, regulatory enforcement and corporate crime lawyers. Operating from our offices in the UK, USA, the Middle East and Asia, Eversheds Sutherland can provide coverage in multiple jurisdictions. Our team represents large corporates, financial institutions, directors, officers and regulated individuals in connection with disputes, investigations, regulatory and criminal enforcement, compliance advisory, remediation and redress projects.
