Skilled in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Emergency Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Strong healthcare professional who graduated from George Washington University PA Program, obtained a Masters from the University of Nebraska, and Doctor of Medical Science in Advanced Practice of Emergency Medicine, with a graduate certificate in Global Health and Disaster Medicine (with an interest in Tropical Disease ) from Lynchburg College( now the University of Lynchburg). Served as a decorated Major in the US Army Reserves with three deployments including Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and US Army response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recent interests are in the utilization of Emergency Physician Associates in rural areas, and the integration of Emergency Telemedicine in rural Critical Access Hospitals.
