In my current role I manage the day to day maintenance and repair operations as well as the personnel in 5 specialized electronic repair and test labs in a recognized Transport Canada (AMO) Acceptable Maintenance Organization facility within the Department of Defence Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) Airworthiness Program. This organization Arcfield Canada is a TAA - Accredited Organization, accreditation is given by the Technical Airworthiness Authority of the CAF, the organization provides maintenance, engineering and materiel support on avionics and test equipment for the for Royal Canadian Air Force CF-18 fleet a.k.a the CF188 (WSM) weapon system management program. I ensure all maintenance performed and personnel within the AMO have the required proper training and authorities to complete necessary repairs to current recognized quality standards and processes. Experienced in People Management, Quality System Compliance, Test Automation, Test equipment usage and IPC process standards.
