As an estimator at Compco Fire Systems Limited, I am responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and competitive bids for fire protection projects across the UK. I have a master's degree in human resources management from the University of Worcester, where I am expected to graduate in June 2024. I also have a bachelor's degree in sports studies from the same university, which reflects my passion for physical and mental well-being. I have over three years of experience in the hospitality industry, where I worked as an assistant general manager at Nando's UK & IRE and PizzaExpress, leading and motivating teams, managing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I have developed strong professional skills, such as confrontation, active listening, and communication, which help me to deal with various stakeholders and challenges in my current role. I am also proficient in Hungarian and English, which enables me to work with diverse clients and colleagues. My core competencies are accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, which I apply to every project I work on. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the mission and vision of Compco, which is to provide the best fire protection solutions and services in the industry.
