I consider myself a dynamic leader in sales and business, though I recognize it's an ongoing journey of growth. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the world’s most influential technology brands. In my current role as Consulting Manager at Procom, I’m energized by the chance to drive innovation and expansion at one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. Working alongside some of the brightest professionals in the industry, I assist global organizations in attracting top-tier talent and enhancing their brand through Procom’s Contingent Workforce Solutions. My passion lies in connecting with people, understanding their unique skills and ambitions, and creating pathways to exciting opportunities in Information Technology. Key Achievements- I have successfully delivered Information Technology solutions across various industry verticals, supporting Fortune 500 clients in Professional Services, Digital Hubs, Fintech (Banking and Finance), Wealth Management, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Supply Chain, and Government Agencies in both the US and Canada- I’ve been recognized multiple times with "Century Club (President's Club)" honours for exceptional sales, delivery, and performance- I helped launched Procom's first BDR practice to support emerging technologies specialization, fostering overall growth in the North American market- I led one of North America’s earliest Direct Sourcing (RPO) programs, TELUS Contractor Connections. Who I Am Beyond the Role: I thrive on challenge and change, and I’m relentlessly driven to achieve success. My commitment to personal growth has led me to explore over 50 countries, deepening my understanding of diverse cultures and how they influence corporate dynamics. Outside of work, I’ve taken on endurance races, summited challenging peaks, and remain dedicated to community service. I’ve held a leadership role with Habitat for Humanity, actively supported the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, and was honoured with the Toronto Police Services Community Member Award. I’m a fierce competitor, a surprised participant in a Super Bowl commercial as a hockey player, an outdoor enthusiast, and a devoted dog lover. And if there’s one thing I’m committed to beyond business success, it’s bringing humor and positivity to my relationships.
