About David Formosa

I treat my work like it’s a way of life. That means the people I work with are my friends, family and mentors. As a lifelong achiever, I am goal oriented and driven to succeed. My approach to each project is akin to a new season in professional sports. We will learn from the experience while improving the skills, positions and goals. As a long suffering Toronto sports fan, an approach like this may seem doomed and is terribly ironic. I excel when I’m challenged. I want to learn. I want to keep improving through life experiences. 10 years ago, I took a leap of faith and joined a small startup mainly because I knew it would force me to be better. It would allow me to learn new things, travel to new places and make me uncomfortable enough that I would need to raise my level of performance to the point that would allow me to succeed and lead. Over this span of time, I have been led Space Management implementations as a Solutions Architect, Project Manager and Executive Sponsor. Meeting new people during discovery, learning about their challenges and designing solutions is one of the things that is truly fulfilling to me as a consultant. Cantactix has allowed me to develop as a space management professional and nourishes my ambition and need for new opportunities. At Cantactix we want to be leaders and visionaries of our industry.
