I am currently an assistant IT Specialist who currently have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing in IT Management from TU Dublin Tallaght Campus. I am a highly motivated computing graduate who displays a willingness to learn and gain an understanding of today’s environment. I am interested in pursuing a career in ICT that will best fit my skills and interest and leveraging my personal strengths such as team work, communication skills and technical skills. General Key Skills Teamwork – has been developed greatly by working on college projects, assignments and presentations. Enterprise Ireland - During my 2 internships & Graduate position at Enterprise Ireland, I have developed my teamwork skills as part of the IT Helpdesk Team by assisting my manager and colleagues to resolve IT issue queries, preparing laptops for new starters, wiping pc's and preparing for transport to various schools and colleges, stock inventories, preparing desks for new starters within the IT Department, arranging external technicians onsite visits for laptop or printer repairs, Conference & Webinar Setups. Newlands Cross Medical Centre as part of the Covid Vaccination Programme, working with the GP’s, manager and staff and helping them to coordinate the covid and flu vaccine clinic. Time Management – This skill is very important to me and I have always completed my projects, class work, presentations, assignments and duties within the timeframe given to me whether in college or in any company I have been apart of. Problem Solving – This skill has developed through researching, analyzing, observing and decision making during College Projects. This has greatly developed at Enterprise Ireland dealing with IT Issues by learning and taking direction from my manager and supervisor. IT Skills Can write data and transfer data to firebase using Google Cloud Platform Configure a router using Cisco IOS command set Create diagrams using Visual Paradigms Can write SQL queries using Oracle 11G Confident in creating and designing schemas Creating & Designing webpages using HTML, Java, CSS Can analyze data using Excel and Python
