With over 30 years of consulting, IT strategy, and organizational change experience, I have seen, tried and deployed nearly every tool and technique designed to drive organizational transformation. My people skills harness years of leading technical teams to empower the best performance from key personnel. My ITSM expertise combined with a project background and data-driven approach drive creative solution design with positive results. My educational foundation includes an Aerospace Engineering Bachelors of Science from a leading University, a Masters in Government from a groundbreaking scientific Institution and Project Management Professional plus ITIL certifications. My work experience spans multiple public and private sector institutions in many industries with the last 10 years spent in France driving change in leading multinational corporate icons.
