I am passionate about recruiting, training and developing producers. Helping to shape and change the lives of our future generation of brokers as a sales leader. I have been in the commercial insurance industry since 1996. I am currently the Senior Vice President of Producer Development, for the Business Insurance Division for MMA West, based out of San Diego, CA. My duties include:* Managing the Business Insurance Sales for our San Diego and Los Angeles offices, that sell P&C products to mid-sized to large companies throughout California, the United States and globally * In my Producer Development role, I support emerging producers in five offices throughout California, as well as offices in Arizona and Alaska * My expertise includes workers compensation and in particular large complex loss sensitive plans and have worked with a number of manufacturing, distribution and transportation risks * Additionally, I have been the co-leader of the national Manufacturing Practice for Marsh & McLennan Agency since 2015. Manufacturing is the heartbeat of this great country that we live in, and I am equally as passionate about helping them protect and grow their businesses. Previously I spent over 14 years at Liberty Mutual.
