About David French

As an Account Executive at HRLocker, I help SMB/Mid Market businesses streamline their human resources processes and improve their employee engagement. I have an APA in Consumer Credit from The Institute of Banking, which enables me to understand the financial needs and challenges of my clients. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR & Event Management from Institute of Technology, Sligo, where I learned how to create effective and persuasive communication strategies. With 9 years of sales experience, I have developed strong skills in new business development, account management, negotiation, and customer service. Before joining HRLocker in 2022, I worked as a Sales Manager and a Sales Representative at Vendor Finance Ireland Ltd, where I sold finance solutions to dealers and customers. In this role, I achieved multiple sales targets, built lasting relationships with clients, and expanded the company's market share. I am passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed by providing them with innovative and tailored HR software solutions. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at HRLocker, where I can contribute to the company's mission of making HR simple and accessible for everyone.
