Career SummaryAs a leader in ADAS feature testing and validation for program implementation, I have enhanced the Feature Delivery process by incorporating Benchmarking into the Advanced Feature list of deliverables. Through collaboration with CAE, I have developed early methods and worked with UX to support HMI initiatives and clinics. To benefit VAE, AR and Beyond, I have created and documented the Feature Delivery Process. In addition, I have taken the initiative to establish a team with HIL and VIL to incorporate their technology into test methods for improved safety, reduced time, decreased testing vehicles and lowered costs during testing. By establishing an Advanced Features Roadmap, I have ensured feature readiness and reporting. Furthermore, I have led a team in writing Analytics requirements, aligning on DID's, and implementing them into features such as GLN, TLI, GLOSA and RLVA. The V2V EEBLA Analytics requirements have been aligned, and the feature will utilize shadow software of LTA and IMA.I have successfully led the implementation of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features in various programs, utilizing Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies to ensure that the vehicle attributes meet and surpass program targets. With a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, I have advanced training techniques and experience leading the implementation of various projects. Additionally, I have organized and facilitated team meetings to recruit, manage, and develop new employees.
