About David Gachet

With an extensive experience in premium retail management, both nationally and internationally, I have been able to focus my professional career in team management and acquire a pro-people work methodology: knowing how to enhance the growth and performance of teams through participation in projects, providing a consolidated level of management, in order to achieve essential objectives such as sales success, ensuring that the customer´s shopping experience is excellent and a special attention to details. I consider myself a passionate person for the fashion industry, with a proactive attitude and consolidated analytical skills, capable to lead new projects in both national and international spheres. Besides, I strongly believe that knowledge of the "field" is fundamental for understanding the performance of the retail business: interacting with both teams and customers through active listening to analyse and anticipate the constant changes in the environment.
