My experience spans hundreds of M&A transactions — from strategy and diligence through integration and value creation – while scaling businesses from the ground up, managing large P&L’s, leading multi-disciplinary teams through $750M+ growth journeys and collaborating across matrixed global organizations to drive results. Along the way, I’ve been recognized as a trusted voice on topics ranging from M&A strategy to leadership and organizational transformation. I’ve authored thought leadership for Americas and Global audiences, spoken at leading industry conferences (ACG, The Deal, Faegre M&A), and contributed expert commentary to outlets like The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Reuters, and Fox Business.
