Disconnected workflows, multi-mode environments, multi-party dependencies, and data gaps paired with manual, outdated operations limit operational visibility at execution nodes, resulting in inefficient operations and significantly higher costs for shippers, carriers, terminals, and ship owners. Technology supporting the supply chain is equally fragmented, making it increasingly difficult to serve heightened customer expectations while also amplifying current challenges and compounding market pressures globally. Beyond my professional life, I’m passionate about sports like running, SUP, and bike trekking, though football (soccer for my US friends) will always be my favorite!
