I am an experienced marketer, innovative thinker and creative writer. One of a handful of executives to have been honored with all of the Direct Marketing Association's top awards. I possess both creative, analytical and technical problem solving. My analytical ability is best expressed in my understanding of data and it's interpretation. I have been a pioneer each step of my professional career, disrupting traditional but inefficient business models and replacing them with targeted marketing and seamless technology to lift sales and grow profits across a variety of industries including advocacy, art, consumer goods, entertainment, fashion, finance, food, fund raising, gaming, hospitality, luxury, nonprofit, publishing, real estate, wine & spirits and tech (amongst others). Throughout my career I've been a hands-on manager providing AI-enhanced, full-funnel, integrated, multi-channel marketing; experiential marketing; digital marketing; promotion; advertising; branding and storytelling; communications/public relations; CRM; loyalty; direct mail and catalog; email; and prospecting. All supported by a strong foundation in strategic planning, financial projection and data analysis. Relationship1, the MarTech agency I currently lead as General Manager / Head of Marketing, builds and maintains analytical relational databases, CRM, enterprise integration, and web and digital infrastructure to further our client's 360-degree marketing. I enjoy people and even in the midst of the Covid pandemic drew energy and inspiration by connecting with colleagues, clients, vendors and other agencies. I believe in leading by example and have had great success building cross-functional teams and strong relationships.
