My name is David Garrett and I have been in a senior level position related to compliance for over 25 years. For the last 20 years, this role has overseen all compliance and regulatory matters to include EPA. OSHA, DOT, Federal, State and Local Regulations. I have experience creating, integrating, implementing and executing management systems. I have led and achieved certification goals for over 14 years. This would include facilities in multiple states. I have vast experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NAID, R2 and e-Steward. As part of the electronics industry I have championed and led best practices on responsible recycling and inclusion programs for local at risk members of our communities. During my career, a great part of my compliance background has been project management, In leadership positions, I have delivered successful results for organizations, working towards continual improvement and growth. This background has taken me from the beginning concept of an objective, setting goals and meeting those goals. I am experienced in Federal, State and Local regulations.having implemented and managed various ISO Standards as well as R2, e-Steward, HIPAA and PCI at multi state facilities.
