My professional eduction of an MBA and BAH has assisted in evaluation of process improvement with improvement of staff productivity and cost savings including creation of budgets and meeting production demands. My focus has been currently in deveoping and expanding our service department and treating customers in positivie ways to insure repeat and new business. In the past caring for cardiac care for patients the theme of customer service continues to shine. I have experience in setting up Cardiovascular Care procedural areas of Cardiac Cath, Echo, CV Diagnostics, Cardiac Perfusion, Interventional Radiology departments with support to Cardiac Rehab. As a result we have demonstrated very good outcomes in patient care, staff and physician satisfaction along with positive financial results over the long term.
