I work to improve communications internally and externally in order to add value to the overall customer experience for my organization. My goals personal and professional are associated with creating easier ways for my organization to perform their tasks while also creating an easier way for our customers to do business with us. My recent accomplishments are related to staff management excellence, participation on improved customer e-business, development of organization process to improve outward communications to customers, and internal process improvements that enhanced our abilities to answer phone calls more efficiently. My emphasis in my role is to continue to find ways for my organization to utilize a proactive approach in all facets when communicating with our customers.
