About David Geist

After obtaining a Pharm.D. from Nova I obtained one of the highest scores on both Florida state exams; medicine (NAPLEX) and regulatory requirements (MPJE) achieving 120 out of 150 and 90 out of 99 points respectively, this allowed a license to practice pharmacy. I then was hired by Publix Supermarkets Inc, Serving as a customer service-oriented retail pharmacist with a strong background in patient medication therapy management using compliance programs such as Mirixa, Outcomes and Ateb's Sync Your Refills. Where I provided expert product knowledge, guideline recommendations and cost effective alternatives in order to prolong quality of life, safely, effectively and as affordably as possibly. After a career with Publix I noticed there was fewer than 15 pharmacy jobs that remained open and unfilled for three months due to a surplus of pharmacist. I needed a way to create more job opportunities and decided to serve pharmacy and the community in another way that allows me to keep pharmacy knowledge a practicing art by obtaining a Certified National Pharmaceutical Representatives Certificate (CNPR).
