As a Member Experience Measurement Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, I apply my data science skills and mathematical background to analyze and improve the quality and satisfaction of our health insurance products and services. I have over four years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling, using various tools and techniques to extract insights and generate recommendations for our customers and stakeholders.In my previous role as a Customer Intelligence Analyst at BBVA in the USA, I contributed to the development and implementation of customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies, using data from multiple sources and platforms. I also supported the design and execution of customer surveys and feedback mechanisms, and reported on the key findings and trends. Additionally, I have two years of experience as a researcher at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where I worked with large experimental and clinical datasets and co-authored a publication on mitochondrial bioenergetics. I am passionate about data and customer analytics, and I enjoy finding innovative and effective solutions for complex and challenging problems.
