Project Manager experienced in building construction & Engineer in Training with a passion for building relationships and developing our community. With a proven ability to execute, my background features a wide variety of exposure to commercial, institutional and mixed use high rise residential buildings as well as bridge infrastructure. My past projects have been executing contract types such as Construction Management, Lump Sum, and GMP. I have been involved with all stages of work including preconstruction, estimating and executing subcontracts or self performed scopes of work on site. While on site, safety is always my top priority and that positive attitude flows through my work while ensuring strict adherence to quality control and managing the project budget. Typical tasks include cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, procurement of labor, materials and contractors while negotiating and issuing subcontracts, project drawing and specifications reviews, bid levelling, document control, client management, progress invoicing, change management and project close out.
