I am a sales specialist with a career of 15+ years across New Zealand and the United Kingdom managing key accounts and leading teams. My proven ability in creating sales outcomes that align with the ‘big picture’ has achieved commercial goals and revenue growth. Alongside of my sales leadership I have coached and mentored teams, providing supportive and motivating leadership, guided by strong ethics and a genuine desire to get the best out of people. Prior to my current role at Boston Scientfic, I have held Territory Manager, Sales Manager, Market Access Manager and Regional Business Manager roles for St Jude Medical, Johnson & Johnson and Merck Serono. While my roles have focused on sales and business development, I have also had involvement in product development and project management from conception through to commissioning and implementation. I have skills across sales, cost-benefit and risk analysis and am able to identify opportunities that deliver return on investment, have market demand, and disrupt competitor markets.
